Beauty Of The Sun

There aren’t enough words to describe the mesmerising beauty of the sun shimmering on the sea, all day in wonder, I can lose myself in its reflections —- unknown DA

The Sun, a 4.5billion-year-old yellow “dwarf star”, a hot glowing ball of hydrogen & helium at the center of our solar system, sits a staggering 93million miles [150million km’s] from Earth! Without it’s energy, life as we know it could not exist on our home planet. Yet, we take it for granted, lost in our troubles each day….

However, the “Sun shines” in many forms. Most brilliantly when you allow the “essence of what you are” to break through the “cracks in the matrix of life” that we’re made to conform to. Full disclosure of who you are vs. “who you’re told to be” will feel like “freedom” & the only way you can truly shine.

How to do this? Get back to basics, full circle back to where you belong. Engage in various “outlets” that catch your interest, be it creative, academic, sports or otherwise, most importantly work out “what you think” of what’s going on…. Often tell your most dearest you love them & surround yourself with good people. Understand that if you have the power to open “a door”, hold it open for others. Revisit who you were as a child: where you came from, how you were raised. Be open & engaged & cheerful.

True recognition only arrives when you start “doing things for yourself”, as opposed to “playing to societies game”, because when you bring certain parts of your life out, people will respond to that authenticity. So, build a good team of support around you & cut what’s bad. Control what you can control: YOUR THOUGHTS! Help where you can help. Bring up whoever else you can bring up, because the impact of constructive actions is where the SUN TRULY SHINES & it’s right with us, even on cloudy, dark days…
