Nothing in life is worthwhile unless you take risks. However, our ability to take a chance on being comfortable with an unknown outcome is affected by our psychological make-up, the wider societal acceptance of risky behaviour & failing or being condemned b/c of it. The most noteworthy people in history, went out on a limb, starting on an all-or-nothing basis, to materialise their vision. They knew that their vision was more powerful than any doubts & the risk of failing. They knew that even if they did fail, there’d be lessons to be learnt & that failure would provide them an opportunity to build.

There are many advantages that taking “calculated” risks has to offer especially if you see a certain strategy that no one else has taken advantage of because of the significant risk involved. If you succeed in something new, then you find a strategy in your niche that works without any competitors willing to do the same, at least for a while. People only tend to succeed if they try new ways to build that no one else has already tried. Hence, trying new things in life, being creative & taking risks is a must to get a sense of what is out there. It’s important for all of us to remember, when it comes to taking risks, is that you never know what you might discover from it. Yes, it could be a let down, but equally it could be INCREDIBLE. You’ll never know unless you take that leap of faith. So face that FEAR: scary for some, or possibly the exact motivation you need?

Therefore, ask yourself, “Is my vision, the thing I’m passionate about, more powerful than the risk of failing at it?” Is settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living, worth foregoing because of your doubts or the opinions of others? Your ideas may skyrocket & these little worries will seem like nothing someday, or it may fail. But as @zuck advocates, “Those who do not take chances are on the path to guaranteed failure,” as opposed to those who do take a risk, as they at least, have a chance of success……
