They have helped me realise that (outside of diet and exercise technique) it’s the DECISION one makes to shift their MINDSET that is the DRIVER of how your outward physical self will evolve. They’ve demonstrated to me that there’s a direct correlation between building innner mental strength and the results you get from physical exercise, and therefore one’s overall (outward and inner) wellbeing….. .
So, you’re really being cleverer than anyone else by TRAINING YOUR MIND FIRST! I have observed from them, that by simply DECIDING to make working out a part of my LIFESTYLE, as opposed to just a “chore to do during the week” my life can (and has) significantly changed for the better. When I’ve been emotionally struggling or physically tired, it’s changing my THOUGHTS and MINDSET that I’ve sought refuge in to help push me through any low moments: meaning that both mentally and physically it’s all kicking OFF!!! .
