Intuitive Mind
The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant —- @alberteinstein
Listening to my intuition over the past few months has become a regular practice for me & I’ve noticed its voice growing stronger as I take action based on it. This experience parallels my fitness journey; just as consistent workouts enhance my physical health, trusting my intuition develops my decision-making skills. Previously, I believed I should ignore my instincts to fit in, often following the crowd, which has been less than optimal. Now, I understand that trusting my intuition taps into a higher intelligence that transcends logic & societal norms. Furthermore, this instinctive knowledge draws from personal experiences & emotional insights that our conscious mind might overlook.
Einstein said, “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift & the rational mind is a faithful servant.” More-&-more, I realize that trusting my intuition taps into a higher intelligence that goes beyond logic & societal norms; this is the “GIFT” he references. This instinctive knowledge arises from past experiences & emotional insights that our (conscious) rational mind might overlook, the “faithful servant.” So, by being “present in the now” & listening to our gut feelings, we engage with our higher intelligence (something we all have), allowing us to make decisions that align with our true selves.
Hence, cultivating a relationship with one’s intuition empowers us to embrace uncertainty & make confident choices, enhancing our ability to thrive. Intuition, often dismissed as guesswork by society, therefore becomes a powerful resource IF we are present & aware, guiding us toward decisions that resonate with who we are. Embracing this can significantly boost our confidence & personal growth. So, actively begin to put into action what your intuition, your “higher intelligence” is telling you b/c it is full of gifts!
