LETTER TO MY 18 YEAR OLD SELF

I hope this letter finds you well & full of dreams. As you stand on the brink of adulthood, I want to share some thoughts & encouragement from the future….

Firstly, embrace every precious moment. Life is a journey filled with ups & downs, & each experience will shape you into the person you are meant to be. Don’t rush through it. Savour the lessons & the growth b/c everything that happens to you will help you to the next level, if you allow it.

Believe in yourself. You have more strength & potential than you realise. Trust your INTUITION & follow your passions, even when the path seems uncertain. Your dreams are valid, & you have the power to make them a reality, so BELIEVE & TAKE ACTION.

Remember to be kind to yourself. Mistakes are part of life, & they don’t define you. Learn from them but don’t dwell on them. Use the energy from any emotions you feel to your advantage; choose to re-channel -IVE energy as fuel for something constructive. Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small, & always strive to be a better version of yourself & help others whenever you can.

Surround yourself with positive influences. The people you choose to keep close will have a significant impact on your journey. Take action on their guidance to make your dreams come to life. Seek out those who uplift & inspire you, & be that person for others.

Lastly, never stop learning. Stay curious & open-minded. The universe is vast, & there is always something new to discover. Embrace change & use it as an opportunity to grow.
