Our thoughts are the only thing that we can control; we control nothing else. And, if we accept that our thoughts create our reality, what we give out in thought becomes critical because that’s what will come back to us, right? So, it’s essential to believe in positive, not negative thoughts about yourself. This doesn’t mean you’re always “happy and smiling”, it means that even in a tough situation, you reframe it to understand that it’s happening FOR you, to teach you a lesson, you just have to look for what it is. The knowledge gained from that lesson becomes the positive, because it’s a new bit of information that you didn’t previously know. This means there can never be a negative outcome, even when times get rough, because you’ve reframed your thought process.
Therefore, if your thoughts become your reality, it’s important for you to truly believe in them, leaving no room for doubts. You have to really FOCUS on the GREAT THINGS about yourself (there are many), appreciating your own uniqueness and cutting out comparisons made with/or opinions of others that might bring you down.
Realise how incredible you are. Realise you have the POWER OF YOUR THOUGHT and the ability to CHANGE those thoughts. This means you don’t have to be stuck. You can begin to make changes SIMPLY by changing the way you think. Hence, when you decide you’re worth more than what you have accepted from what life has offered you thus far, things will start to change but you must consistently believe in positive “thought” and then put those thoughts into action.
