Doing “shit you like” vs. things you “think” will make you money holds the key to one’s success. Doing what engages you, what interests you, what makes your brain tick, what you’re intrigued by is what is critical. Once you focus on doing what excites you, you’ll find yourself so fixated with the tasks you seek to achieve, that “making money” will become the “sideshow” to what’s really “centre stage” = doing what engages your “passion & purpose”.

Over the past year, this is exactly what the boys at @raiseldn have done: they took a chance & followed their passion to build something new in the midst of the chaos of a global pandemic, then shared it with the world, to be of service to their audience, building a community of like minded individuals interested in fitness.

As we all know, physical fitness is largely a social “gym based” activity. Yet, paradoxically @raiseldn has grown b/c of gym closures & due to WFH, meaning that the pandemic has not hindered but spurred their growth. The sudden switch to “virtual everything” has forced even technophobes to get comfortable with ZOOMing, IG & street workouts becoming a different sort of social activity, creating a community that DM & video message each other about their progress, new drops & chat.

As such @raiseldn have created an ambitious, exploratory & ground-breaking bootcamp project, taken on without the expectation of near term profit with the goal of making people feel better about their fitness = a passion of theirs. Given that it is how you make one “feel” that people remember, it’s this +IVE dynamic that makes their audience return for more.

Pushing the boundaries of the genre, combining fun, performance & adapting group workouts in a virtual world has enabled these TOP London PT’s to access their WFH audience & continue with their quest to help other’s whilst gyms have been forced shut.
