“We rise by lifting others” is how I would describe the spirit of the community that @titanfitnessthailand creates onsite.
Attendee’s seem to be naturally awash with a sense of camaraderie: no ego’s, no attitude, no attempt to out-do-one-another. In fact quite the opposite, which forges a sense of community & friendship between the groups who assemble for class in the open air training arena. This makes people of ANY LEVEL of fitness comfortable around each other, as everyone encourages & supports one another throughout a class, whilst also being closely guided & pushed by one of the expert trainers on-hand, in this clip @_mekki
Testament to the “lure of a community spirit” are multiple-time returnees, from all over the world, back to Titan. Whilst other locations on the “Soi Ta-iad” in Chalong, heartily dubbed the “Fitness Street” of Phuket, offer differing workout options, the niche that Titan has captured at their training camp for weight loss & body transformation, is the fellowship that their classes & the communal proximity of their “Healths Kitchen” seating area lend to its participants – togetherness.
Their signature BODY360, Spin Core and After Burn sessions, amongst other classes, require refuelling post workout, hence, immediate access to a protein shake & food is gratefully helpful! Regardless of the level of fitness you start at, if you “honestly” adhere to Titan’s schedule & eat well, you will constructively impact the wellbeing of your body & your WORKOUT GAME after a few weeks of consistent grind. The underlying dynamic that helps “the individual” along one’s journey at Titan is the participating community that encourages you in a way you couldn’t do alone. Hence, pooling the strength of the collective, to share work & accountability, Titan have concocted an environment to help groups of people at all levels & ages, guiding them to find self-confidence & inner healing through the power of individuals coming together to collectively “lift each other up” & have some FUN!
